is prune juice safe for everyday?

Prune juice: Regularity naturally involves doing what works for you. Lots of fresh leafy vegetables, and fruits with skins on (apple a day) and dried fruits like prunes and apricots work quite well. Increasing fiber (metamucil is one product). Many use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) as gentle and reliable. Prune juice alone can wortk for some. Cruciferous veggies (cauliflower broccoli, cabbage) may be gassy. Daily use safe.
