Deep clot: A organised deeply anchored blood clot......can be easily removed.

After one month..: .. the socket should have pretty much closed. It may be the healing of the tissues... hard to say how difficult the extraction was or what type of surgery you had. Swelling? Pain? See your surgeon for a post op visit to make sure all is healing well.
