The only common: Feature is abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting. The gall bladder lives in the right upper portion of the abdomen, ovaries live in the pelvis. When ovarian cancer leaves the ovary, it may seed the abdominal cavity, cause bowel obstructions. The two diagnoses are not often confused.
