How long has it been: there? New or all your life? This can determine a better answer. If it's been there all your life, it could be an amelanotic nevus (mole, no pigment or pigmented). If it's recent, it may be just a bump, molluscum, or wart. Hard to say without a picture actually. It's only a theoretical guess until examined by an eye doctor or your PCP in person. SO, this isn't urgent, but good to check out.
