Can cortisone shots make you feel anxious?

Very rarely: Cortisone can rarely do this but the effects would be very short-lived. The anxiety is more likely related to the injection itself rather than what was injected.

Sometimes: Some people feel stimulated with cortisone. When the stimulation is not welcome it may be identified as anxiety. It is not likely to last long.
