Sunscreen: If your talking about "prevention" then the best advice is to use sunscreen (spf 30+). The best sunscreens are "broad spectrum" and block uva and uvb rays from the sun. Also, keeping your face shaded while in the sun is also very important. Other things that can help are antioxidants either applied to the skin (vitamin c serum) or ingested antioxidants like blueberries, acai berry, goji berry.
