Allegra: Recommended dose of Allegra tablets is 60 mg twice daily or 180 mg once daily with water. Allegra-D contains pseudoephedrine. The 12-hour version of Allegra D contains 120mg of pseudoephedrin and the 24-hour Allegra D contains 240mg of pseudoephedrine.
