Allegra (fexofenadine): You should be fine. It can make one drowsy at higher doses.

Probably not: Studies have looked at patients taking even 4 times the recommended dose or 4 of the 180 mg pills at once. Since Allegra (fexofenadine) does not cross into the brain taking 2 pills should not cause drowsiness. You my feel some dryness in the mouth and other mucus membrane areas.
