Forehead muscles: Vertical wrinkles in the forehead are caused by muscles on each side of the midline thst are diagonally oriented which are called the corrugators. It's really a physics problem in how the muscles are oriented and how they attach to skin and bone. One successful treatment is Botox injection, which is usually good for 4-6 months.
