So i just noticed that i can see a long vein on my forehead it's not buldging it looks like someone drew it on. is there a reason for it?

Nothing other than: your wonderfully unique anatomy! Some people just have a prominent vein there (we all have them, some just have more prominent ones) and with a combination of perhaps thinner skin, stress causing higher good pressure, it can pop out (think Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise!) and be noticeable. You're in good company:) Stay well!
