Pimples on forehead: Forehead is a common area for acne breakouts. Also, if one uses an oily leave-in conditioner, the oils track down from the scalp and block up pores, which can lead to acne. Folliculitis, inflammation of hair follicles due to a yeast called pityrosporum is also a possibility. Please see your dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis.
