Depends: Pain from your neck into your head, causing headaches is usually due to either muscle spasm or problems within the joints of the neck. After trying conservative measures (physical therapy, nsaids) you may benefit from seeing an interventional pain physician. There are a few procedures they can perform to help these types of headaches.
