Menses (periods): Are caused by pitutary driving ovaries to produce estrogen, and then develop eggs to burst from ovary for fertilization. Uterine lining builds with estrogen stimulation, when estrogen stops, the linig shed. This does not necessarily change with an ovarian cancer on either side.
