Probably not: Not having periods is not a common symptom of ovarian cancer. Common symptoms are bloating, abdominal pressure, pelvic pain, indigestion, a change in bowel or bladder habits, low back pain and persistent unexplained fatigue. The top things to think about with no periods are pregnancy (obviously) and hormonal problems like polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Unlikely: Unfortunately, most ovarian cancers don't have symptoms. If they do, it is usually vague abdominal discomfort, bloating, getting full early. Most ovarian cancers happen after the menopause. However, some young women with certain ovarian cancers can present with pain or bleeding. So if you are concerned, you need to see your gynecologist.
