Not a good idea: Artefill is not a good option under the eyes, because this skin is very thin. You run the risk of getting permanent irregularities. You are better off with a hyaluronic acid type filler.

Artefill, Radiesse (dermal fillers): Any filler product that is injected intradermally in thin skin like the eyelids or in the pink part of the lip has to be clear - hyaluronic acids work well in these sites. I assume you are asking about correction of the tear trough deformity and this can be addressed by both an intradermal or deep depot injection. The latter is off label use and can be with non-clear products by expert physicians.
