Is FDA approved: Aretefill is fda approved for the lines around the mouth. You do need to have skin testing a month prior to make sure you do not have an allergic response.

Dont recommend it: It is used for fillers, not wrinkles, but 've seen several infections from it. There are other better products: for wrinkles, botox. For deep wrinkles, maybe Restylane (dermal fillers) or juvederm, or surgery. Avoid artefill.

Artefill safety: Artefill can be safe when it's injected properly. You must be pretested for collagen allergies first as well. Artefill has a vast array of uses, but must be injected at specified depths. Know that artefill is essentially permanent so you should be certain the correction you seek is one you can live with.
