A member asked:

Is it possible for internal organs to shift after losing weight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Somewhat: It depends on the amount of weight loss. There is fat/adipose tissue in your abdomen. The more weight you lose, the more adipose tissue shrinks and will permit some ahifting of your intestines. Dor the most part, the rest of your organs (except lungs) continue to be stationary. If anything feels uncomfortable or abnormal, see your doctor to assess.
