Negative.: This is generally considered colonization or contamination (would need full report), unless there are very specific organisms are present. Treatment is not recommended, because the side effects of the antibiotics could outweigh the risk of treating colonization or contamination. Also, excessive antibiotic use could lead to antibiotic resistance in the future, should you get an infection.

Need more info: This sounds right, but need to know what organism to be certain. What specimen -- urine, vaginal swab? Also the circumstances: What sort of symptoms or problem? UTI? Vaginal infection? Other? Re-post a new question.
