No.: Ginseng, dhea, green coffee and this list goes on of well marketed, but ineffective 'treatments' for a variety of disorders. Try the medicine and/or work with a therapist. Try research supported treatments, not the latest as seen on tv ad. Be safe and careful. Depression is a serious condition. Don't waste time with less than professional grade treatment. You wouldn't do this for cancer....

It does not help: Studies have shown that it is not helpful for depression but at one time it was thought that it might be.
