Days to weeks: Blood settled on on the bottom of the eye and gets absorbed. If there is only a small amount, it should be unnoticeable within days to a few weeks. Make sure you get a good eye exam to look for retinal tears, or if you are diabetic, for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
