Yes: Depending on the location and whether it is raised or flat, a combination of laser therapy and/or local surgical debulking can restore these areas to near-normal appearance.

Yes, but....: These are treated with repeat laser treatments. Laser can make a big difference but it almost never makes the stain go away completely.
