Will an inversion board help or hurt a pinched nerve in neck?

Might help...: Inversion tables, are a form of traction, and will help about a third of people with disc injuries and pinched nerves. It's rare to feel worse from this type of treatment, but talk to your spine specialist to discuss this and all treatment options.

Temporary: While you are in traction the pressure is better, but will not create long term relief. Active exercising much more effective.

Help: Usually help. And likely the pain thought to be a pinched nerve comes instead from injured muscle and fascia....called myofascial pain.
