Not enough info: Please see your GP for a complete physical to rule out so many things. Ask Physician for referral to address your anxiety. Find out the cause, don't just pop pills. Have your Dentist fabricate an appliance to protect your teeth from the excessive wear caused by grinding until the an diet you component is under control.
