Best to see your OB: They will work with their hematology and perhaps GI colleagues to help guide decisions during your pregnancy. With modern medical and supportive care, I am not aware of a contraindications to natural childbirth in the setting of pernicious anemia. I suspect that you are already receiving folate (folic acid) supplementation from your doctors, which can ameliorate some pernicious anemia sequelae.
