Diet: Unless there was a significant blood loss, a healthy diet, and continuing your prenatal vitamins with iron is the best way.

Provided.....: The delivery is uncomplicated, your OB will likely have you continue your prenatal vitamins and will check a CBC in the postnatal period. Fluid shifts after pregnancy also help to reverse the dilution all anemia as well. A balanced diet, which i would recommend to anyone, should also help. Work with your drs and you should be fine.
