Nothing serious: Iga is the common immunoglobulin found in sweat, breast milk, bile and saliva. It makes up about 25% of the bloods immunoglobulin. It helps protect the body from infections. A low IgA is associated with recurrent infections in some people. A high IgA is not something to worry about.
