Should be better now: Major cardiac surgery in a "mature" patient may take longer to recover, but after 9 months, unless there was some neurological or musculoskeletal problem in the peri-operative period, the surgery per se is not likely the cause. Contact your doctors to help sort this out. Physical therapy and/or a cardiac rehab program may be in order, if not already tried. Good luck.

Rehab: It depends on a lot of factors including your age your other medical conditions your physical status before you went in for the surgery and also depends on the complications you had during the surgery or after the surgery.
