Probably not: If your periods and the symptoms you usually get are the same, and it doesn't cause you to miss school, work or have pain with intercourse, then you are probably having normal symptoms.

Not really: While it does not necessarily do so, endometriosis can be associated with heavy menses and painful perios. Unless you have other symptoms to make you think you might have endometriosis, i would not worry too much.
