No: Hiv is transmitted by intimate contact. Either sexually, by transfer of blood through transfusion or sharing of needles during drug use, by organ transplantation, or from mother to child in utero or through breast feeding. You do not get it from inanimate objects like a cookie. Just do not have unprotected sex. Good luck.
