A member asked:

Are asthma symptoms from running worse when running in the morning as opposed to running in the evening?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Exercise can worsen asthma symptoms at any time if it is not controlled. However if you have allergies, your asthma may be worse when running in the morning. For those pollen allergy patients, the pollen counts peak between 5-10 am and could account for worse asthma symptoms when running in the morning.
