Monitor yourself: Watch your weight, how your clothes fit, and how much you can pick up around your waist. If you're putting on fat, cut back total calories. Generally, eat sensibly -- avoid greasy / sugary / very salty stuff. Especially if you exercise even moderately, your body will start to tell you what's right for you.
