Go to ER: With severe symptoms such as you describe you need to go to the ER for evaluation now. You will probably need medication but the doctors treating you will need to decide with you

It's possible : Based on the symptoms you describe it is very possible that you will be given a medication . That is not to say that other treatment modalities are not going to be used such as therapy . Having suicidal thoughts are very concerning and you need to seek medical care immediately . There are many resources out there and many people can overcome what you are experiencing and live a normal life.

Be seen now: If you are having suicidal thoughts please seek immediate help. I can't say whether or not the doctors will prescribe medication it all depends on your symptoms.
