Yes: A club foot occurs in approximately 1:1000 births, more commonly in males. Structural club feet can be associated with genetic disorders such as trisomy 18, connective tissue disorders such as ehlers danlos syndrome, and congenital nervous system disorders such as arthrogryposis or spina bifida. It can run in families, and is associated with other anomalies approximately 10% of the time.
