Agrresive treatment: There are different types of high grade nhl. Generally, however, the treatment for high grade nhl will be several cycles of agressive combination chemotherapy and biological therapy; plus minus autologous stem cell transplantation on the first comple remission if indicated ( for certain types of high grade nhl) and if possible.

They're curable!: In fact higher grades more curable than indolent nodular lymphomas, but rates help you little. You need to know stage and cell types. Some are managed with chemotherapy alone, some add radiotherapy. But the big ideas: retuximab for b-cell + bone marrow / stem cell transplants. Age and hardiness also important. Indolent nhl not cured, but protracted survival the norm.
