Not typical.: Monocytes are derived from a different type of white cell than lymphoma cell, so it would not be expected that lymphoma would cause high monocytes. However high monos are seen in people getting chemotherapy. There are many other causes including some infections and various bone marrow problems.

Possibly : Not common with most lymphomas, but can be seen with Hodgkin lymphoma. Is most commonly associated with chronic myologenous leukemia (cml) in the setting of hematolymphoid neoplasms. Not very specific though.
