Irrelevant: As a medical oncologist, I have not heard about any role/implications from copper level while managing lymphoma. It is too esoteric to be concerned about it!

See below...: There are several studies in the literature that indicate serum copper levels to be elevated in patients with hematologic malignancies including lymphoma. Some authors suggest that elevated copper levels may be useful in predicting relapse and/or disease progression in patients previously diagnosed with these types of cancer.

Yes: Serum copper is typically elevated in non-responding or relapsing lymphoma patients, and in the normal range for those in remission.
