Dyskinesia: Sphinter of oddi dyskinesia is spasm of muscle where main bile duct enters duodenum. Can be prolonged spasm causing pain similar to pain caused by gall bladder disease, sometimes related to certain food ingestion. Diagnosis can sometimes be made by repeating hida scan with particular attention to the common bile duct and its response to injection of cck (cholecystokinin).
