Bad chocolate or : Bitter chocolate? Chocolate is made with cocoa which is rich in flavanols. Flavanols are antioxidants which help to decrease blood pressure & maintain vascular health. Dark chocolate contains the most flavanols of the different chocolates. Chocolate should be 65% or higher cocoa and be limited to 85 grams per day.
