Skin/energy: You should have a healthy balanced diet. Avoid overeating. Avoid unhealthy calories such as tose derived from fast food, carbonated drinks, fried and animal fat rich foods. You should be able to maintain your weight on your diet without major fluctuations. No certain diet or supplements are recommended.
