Well : Well for starters, if you haven't had physical examination in a while, contact your doctor's office and ask for an appointment for a complete physical. If you have had a physical examination recently, then ask for an appointment to address one or more of these issues. Some doctor's offices allow you to make a longer appointment to address either multiple issues or complicated issues. Some doctors offices require you to make more than one appointment if there is more than one problem. Your doctor may recommend that you see specialists such as a psychiatrist for depression or a nutritionist for weight control and healthy diet. Studies have shown that people who smoke have a higher incidence of depression than non-smokers. Low energy level can be related to depression. Chronic physical pain and depression often go hand in hand. If you get effective treatment for your depression, it may make it easier to cope with your other health issues. Good luck.

Fix the cause: Lack of energy can come from a variety of situations. Dehydration (not drinking at least 5 cups of water a day), lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, chronic sinus problems, caffeine withdrawal, chronic illness (such as anemia) or allergies can cause low energy. Try fixing these situations.

I understand: You have several high-risk things going on with your health -- including the overweight which can cause your body to hurt. The smoking makes your situation far worse. Being depressed can interfere with motivation to do anything about it. Please work with your doctor on an overall health plan which will gradually move you into feeling better. You'll need to look @ your food plan too. Be well.
