I've been having abdominal pain on the right side since last thursday so i went to the er and my test were normal. can this be early appendicitis?

Abdominal pain: If this has been going on for five days, would have expected appendicitis to declare itself.

It depends: I need a bit more information. Are you having pain in your right upper quadrant, right middle quadrant or right lower quadrant? What tests were done in the er? Ct scan? Ultrasound? Do you have a fever? How are your urination and bowel movements? Describe the pain - sharp, associated with movement, gnawing, comes and goes, progressively worse, etc? Once I have more data, i can advise.
