What exercises cure bone spurs in my neck?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Read on: Bone spurs are the end result of calcification of the tendon inserting onto the bone over time the bone 'grows' along the plane of the tendon. Therefore, once it is formed it can't be cured by exercises. However, exercise can help to maintain range of motion in the local area of the body.
