Not necessarily: May not be a stroke. It could be a problem with the facial nerve. Either way, it should get checked out to determine location and treatment.

Stroke or Bell's: Facial droop could be a bell's palsy which is not technically a stroke. If a stroke has been confirmed possible locations include the basal ganglia or motor cortex of the contralateral (left) side.
