Good product: This type of belt helps to compress and support the sacroiliac joints. Si joint problems are a major contributor to bio mechanical causes of low back pain. This belt may be very helpful to you, both during and post pregnancy. Do check with your doctor that the groin pain is nothing more serious.

Excellent option: The serola sacroiliac belt is designed to compress and support the sacroiliac joints, thereby relieving stress and instability at these weight bearing joints. Just as importantly, it is not so tight that it is restrictive. Excess or insufficient motion can adversely affect the entire musculoskeletal system. The serola sacroiliac belt seems to provide the correct balance of resistance & resilience.
