See orthopedist: There may be several causes such as hernias, back problems or hip problems. However, you should rule out hip problems such as a 1) stress fracture, 2) avascular necrosis, 3) transient osteoporosis, 4) arthritis, 5) labral tears 6) infection. Discuss with your ob/yn and see an orthopedist. An MRI with dye injected in the hip joint called an mr arthogram could help rule out the hip as the cause.
