Diastolic dysfunc: Tion is a common and benign finding seen on echo. You mentioned about heart hypertophy which is usually from hypertension. Unless u have symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath esp. With exertion, i won't worry about it. Get reassurance from your pcp or cardiologist. Take care! http://heartdisease.About.Com/od/livingwithheartfailure/a/diastolic_hf.Htm.
