Physical effects include dental and sinus problems; chronic throat problems, enlarged parotids, esoph inflammation, esoph rupture, precancerous changes in esophagus that may progress, hiatal hernia, kidney problems, acne, hair loss, osteoporosis, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, bowel problems, loss of menses/infertility if signif weight loss, etc.
