Ophthalmic?: Tobramycin comes in injectable forms for intramuscular and intravenous usage. It is also available in an ophthalmic preparation for ocular infections. I presume you are asking about the eye medication formulation. Typically it is used one drop to affected eye(s) 4 times/day for 7 to 10 days then stopped.
