See below: The injectable or eyedrop forms of tobramycin should clear your body within 24 hours. However, if you have been told your kidneys don’t work as well as they should, it could take as long as 3 days for the tobramycin to clear. On the other hand, if you have cystic fibrosis and take the drug by inhaling it, it takes a little over a day to be eliminated from the body.
