Referred pain: Nerve fibers drom gall bladder , kidney can be interrpreted by brain as coming from back--ask your doctor.

Anatomy: The gallbladder comes off the back bottom of liver the nerves inervating come from spine referred somatic pattern the pancrease (pancrelipase) is stuck to back of abdomen can be involved as pain generator.
